The top two countries qualify for the first Indoor World Cup
to be held in Leipzig, Germany (February 6 to 9, 2003).
Already qualified: Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Russia.
Still to be decided: 1 from Africa, 2 from the Americas and 2 teams from Oceania.
