Paraguay - Venezuela : 2 - 1

Although the match was not much fun for the audience, all players struggled fiercely, as both teams needed to improve their position in the ranking. Their need to win fueled a very active match.

Paraguay finally managed to beat its rival the last minutes, making its last move to sink Venezuela in the roster.

Argentina - Brazil : 9 - 0

Both Argentine teams, men and women, know how to make the most of their penalty-corners, and today it was no exception. Brazil was crushed in a match in which Argentina showed a touch of class.

Brazil, on the other hand, was always unable to stop the attacking forwards. Every time they made attempts to start the play from the back, Argentina stole away the ball, counter attacking.

Chile - Uruguay : 2 - 2

This match wrapped up the womens day. Both teams showed an exceptionally exciting match. Players did their best to defend their flags and ended in a fair tie.

Chile was always ahead in the scoring, but thanks to its players strong drive, the Uruguayan team scored the equalizer twice. Thus, Uruguay continues to seek the silver medal.
