Argentina debuted the competition today against the host nation M�xico. both teams started playing aggressively from side to side, trying to find a way out to score a goal. Argentinians found their first early goal at minute 12 with player #4, Lucas Nicolas PEREZ. With this the team from "The Land of Fire" gained advantage over the mexicans.

Even though M�xico didn't go down with this first goal, argentinians were more confident and found their way to another 3 goals for the first half. At minute 28 with a great goal in play by number #15 and two minutes later another goal by penalty corner from the same player, Matias FERNANDEZ. The fourth goal was at minute 34 by number #2, Nicolas CICILEO.

For the second half Mexico was trying harder to score a goal, unfortunately Argentina kept playing very well which in turn scored another goal at minute 50, player #5 Joaquin TREZZA and another at minute 69, once again by player #2, Nicolas CICILEO.

Canada - Chile : 3 - 1

Chile came out hungry for goals at the first half and Canada looking for its second win. Despite Chile's ability and tactics, Canada found its way to be over and over, thanks to a strong offensive. There was no luck for any team and the score remained tied to zeros for the first half.

Later on the second half turned to be an air offensive on both parts as good players managed to drive scoops on each side. Canada continued to attack Chile's defense with fast and strong moves and by minute 39 the first goal arrived by means of player #1, Christopher ROYDHOUSE. With Canada on strike, they managed to score another two goals a few minutes apart, the second one at minute 41 with a field goal by player #7, Gabriel HO-GARCIA and the third by the same player at minute 47 in a penalty corner.

Chile settled down and started responding with a more offensive attack which ended in a goal at minute 68 by player #6, Vicente MARTIN. They continued to attack Canada but time wasn't on their side and the game ended with a win for Canada 3-1.
